Obviously would be a major loss. I did see him after the game walking around in street clothes. I think someone said it was his lower body. Didn't notice a limp or anything.
Anyone know anything more?
Great minds think alike. Hope it is nothing serious.
ECU 4 Life
hopefully not another acl.
Ruff said after the game he was worried about it, but will wait for further word.

He hopped off the field on one leg and then fell to the ground holding his left knee. He was taken to the trainers tables where the doc move it around. His knee was wrapped in ice as he walked from the field heading to the hospital. Ruff talked with him for about a minute before he departed. He was not on crutches and walked without any limp.
The last time I tore my ACL I could walk without much of a limp. It just hurt like hell to do so. Hopefully it's nothing serious.

Big East...err...AAC Bound.
hate to throw this out there without knowing the exact status of Brooks....but........
does Terry Williams get an early return from his suspension if Brooks is out?
He better. I thought Stanley did well, but we can't rely on a freshman to take up all the snaps there.
I don't see Stanley staying there. His size wasn't a big factor against App but I just don't see a 250 lb guy playing the NT in the 3-4. My guess is they move Pegues over full time if Brooks is gone for a while. And I do expect TW back soon.
apparently Vick is a zero. was he even dressed?
yet did not appear, despite the loss of Brooks. what a disappointment.
Stanley might not be the biggest cat, but he is very strong and more than held his own in there today as a freshman. That said, it would absolutely kill the defense to lose Brooks for an extended time this early in the season. I said before the year began that he was the one player that HAD to stay healthy.
There was a Brooks sighting at KFC after the game. He was eating dinner and moving around just fine.
we got reporters staked out at kfc now? lol
The eyes of "Hoist the Colors" are upon YOU! lol
I guess he's trying to get his weight back up...
reportedly ordered an 8 piece bucket. though no official confirmation on what sides or drink he got.
maybe those details will surface soon.....
Need Brooks, Paulk, and Williams back this week...would shore up what I see as our two biggest D weaknesses.
