SC Football / Class of 2014

  • Looks like South Carolina will be solid recruiting ground in 2014. Ruff and Company have been doing well here of late, and I hope they continue to have success.

  • SC has been a favorite state of Ruff since he got here. He's pulled 2-3 highly-rated kids from the last few classes out of the Palmetto state. I'm sure he will be digging into this one too.

  • Looks like there are plenty of big fish in this pond. Hopefully there are enough to go around.

    And I was listening to Steve Spurrier on the Dan Patrick Radio Show last Friday night. Steve said that the big difference between the pros and college football is that in the pros the worst team gets the first pick but in college the first pick goes to the best team! It really pays to be a winner! I hope we can be competitive in the Big East. If so, our recruiting could really improve.

  • we have done really well in SC the past couple years. Seems as if it is an overlooked state by a lot of other schools. our close proximity has to help a lot too.
