so many Duke tweets on my timeline

  • About them beating Kentucky from ECU fans and students alike. They should be out supporting their school instead of staying home and rooting for Duke.

    are you surprised? even if an ECU student supports ECU basketball they still prefer or cheer for an ACC team just as much. Id say 5 % of ECU students are ECU and ECU only. Another 5 are ECU first but have another team they cheer for. Id say 10% cheer for another team first but also cheer for ECU. And 80% of ECU students do not follow ECU basketball and follow ACC basketball.

    I just graduated and I would say this is close to accurate. Out of 10 people I ever talked to only about 1 of them followed ECU basketball.

    Being a student here, I can completely agree with that.. Put me in that first 5% along with a couple buddies of mine... The worst is when students ask me if I'm watching "the game" tonight (referring to Duke-UNC). We (ECU) happened to play Memphis that night as well... YES I AM WATCHING THE F'ING GAME, BUT PROBABLY NOT YOURS banghead

  • 5%'r here.... I wish there was some way on God's green earth we can beat chapel hell in basketball. I'm going to throw up if I see "Good win for my heels! my pirates played hard too." I'll be keeping the trashcan by the computer.

  • Put a product on the floor that doesn't make people want to vomit AND get the games on TV some more and students would be interested. This never getting televised business really hurts. Students want to be on TV. Lebo is turning the product around big time so I'll give the prgram credit for that much.

  • If they were televised in Charlotte I would follow them more. Anytime they come to play unc Charlotte I go to the game.
